Background and Motivation
To ensure this, Vision Corps Initiative has a Board of Directors whose mandate is to develop the organizational strategy in line with the organizational policies,implement and monitor the organization’s progress.
The Core Executive Team will be the body that carries out the daily routine activities. They convert the strategic plans developed by
the board of trustees into operational plans that directly contribute to the accomplishment of the organization’s mission. The team
implements the initiatives through a network of staffs, volunteers and participants that may be grouped geographically or sector-wise.
The Core Executive Team is comprised of professionals with the skills and expertise required to run the functional units of the
organization including finance and administration, social services, poverty reduction, research and planning, public relations,
communications, advocacy and fundraising, and any other supporting organizational functions.
Vision Corps Initiative is a multidisciplinary organization dedicated to fostering resilience, equity, and sustainable development across vulnerable communities. Our approach integrates sectoral expertise in Health & Nutrition, Education, Food Security & Livelihoods, Natural Resource Management, Peacebuilding & Civic Engagement, and Water, Sanitation & Hygiene.
